Dhai Din Ka Jhonpra This is a [Sanskrit school] situated in Ajmer city of Rajasthan. It is true that it was built by Vigraha Raj Chauhan IV as "Saraswati Kantha Bharana" (Sanskrit school) and a two and a half day hut. According to another belief, it got its name because of the two and a half day Urs (of Punjab Shah) held here.
Here, ornate pillars (located on 16 pillars) have been used in Indian style, over which a roof has been constructed. There are circular and flute-shaped minarets built in each corner of the mosque. In the 90s, ancient statues of many gods and goddesses were scattered here and there in the courtyard of this mosque.It was lying there which was later kept at a safe place. This is one of the oldest Islamic mosques in India. According to Javed Shah Khajrana, the historian of this article, Dhai Din Ka Jhopra is the oldest mosque after the Cheraman Juma Masjid in Kerala.
